AWARENESS- WHAT THE CLIENT CRAVES FOR?

Many times we see posts about leadership, what makes a good leader, qualities etc,. My feedback from my client base is that CEO’s are tied of the approaches by consultants and desire some new thinking in developing staff..

I quite frankly think this topic is totally overdone (how many more times can we ask this question?) and has distracted us from the real challenge of “How we improve the skills’ of our workforce, their awareness and how to deal with specific situations on a day to day basis.

More data recently released reports that clients want front line managers to be better informed about their respective businesses and be able to challenge them on thinking and direction.

I believe we are concentrating on the rear view mirror instead of the road ahead.

i would be interested in hearing others views on this subject.
